- John Williams Added 2018-04-07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I purchased a crate and realized when I got home that it was too big and did not fit in the car. Within a couple hours I returned with the crate intact and tje receipt but was refused a refund.. store credit only. It is almost unheard of that one cannot return unused merchandise for a refund especially within hours of the purchase. This is not an honest way to run a business. They should put up a sign stating that they don't do refunds. I never would have purchased anything from this place had I known that they run their business this way.
